How do I get the Help I Need?

We make it easy for users large and small. Simply choose the option that best suits you and your budget.

Once you are up-and-running there are three levels of support to choose from. Select the option that best suits you.

But you have to get started, and hard as we try to make the system easy to use there is a lot to get your head around, especially if you are new to MRP software. So again we give you three choices.

1. The built-in User Guide gives you all the information you need to become an expert user, and is ideal if you like to work on your own, at your own pace, and enjoy learning-by-doing.

2. Merlin WorkShops, on the other hand, are held regionally and give you a quick-start overview of the power of Merlin, and teach you the essentials to get you up-and-running very quickly, all in a friendly and enjoyable environment. If you are still considering purchase, this would be a good investment in reaching a decision point, and if you are a new user or have started but need a booster, these days are just for you. Please see the details below.

3. On-Site training is available as a stand-alone service to existing users, and is the difference between Merlin QuickStart (where you download the software and buy the key)
and Merlin Corporate. We attend your site for two days, install the software across your network (for new customers), and give full training to your Merlin users.

Merlin WorkShops

If you are considering buying or if you have already bought but do not wish to have on-site training.

Because there is a learning curve associated with powerful software for which you may not easily find time when sitting at your desk, or maybe you prefer some proper hands-on training, we are planning a series of regional Merlin WorkShops to enable you take the fast-track to mastering the Merlin system.

To assist with our planning, if you have not already registered your interest in attending one of these workshops in your region, please click the Downloads link at the top of this page and complete the form (even if you have already downloaded the software), ensuring that you select the region in which you would be interested in attending a Merlin WorkShop.

Merlin WorkShops Schedule

The workshops will last for one day and run to the following format:-

9.30am Reception and coffee

10.00am Introduction to Merlin MRP Factory, an overview of its functionality and and familiarisation with the interface.

12.30pm Buffet Lunch

1.30pm Training in the use of Stock Control, moving on to managing your production and buying using the powerful
MRP engine options within Merlin MRP Factory.

4.00pm Close of the formal training session, with visitors welcome to remain with us for for informal chat, answering any questions, or clearing up any areas of uncertainty.

We will stay until everybody is happy that they got what they needed from the day. Of course, you are free to leave at any point if you feel you have achieved your objective.

The Cost of
Merlin WorkShops

FREE to existing customers with Gold or Silver Support.

£57.50 inclusive per head, prepaid, fully refundable against the purchase of Merlin MRP Factory Corporate.

An installation CD of the latest release of the software will be presented to each guest.
