Bonded Stock

You can transfer material items, where appropriate, to Bonded Stock from the Resource Record Card.

Materials held in Bonded Stock no longer form a part of your active Resources, and are not shown or valued in any Resources or Stock listing or valuation.

This area is intended for holding materials which are regarded as "dead stock", or for materials which belong to a third party such as a customer, and cannot be processed in any way.

If materials from Bonded Stock need to be removed or issued, they should be transferred back to the Resources file, using the button on the screen, and then processed accordingly.

If, at the time of transfer of materials to Bonded Stock, a record card does not already exist in Bonded Stock for the item in question, it will be created automatically.

Likewise, if materials need to be returned to Resources for any reason, and a Resource Record Card no longer exists for the item, it too will be created automatically.
