Restricted to 100 Resource Record Cards.  Simply download, install and run!  For installation on a single machine.

As above, but with the restriction unlocked, for use on a single machine.

A full corporate solution is offered for Merlin MRP Factory which comprises the following:-

• A turnkey solution with the system handed over licensed, ready configured, up-and-running.

• 3 Licence Pack, or greater.

• Installed on your premises by Merlin personnel.

• Full on-site staff training.

• Existing data imported.

• We stay with you for 2 days, and leave you up-and-running.

Merlin MRP Factory Small User and Power User

• You download and install the Server version of the software from this website.

• You learn to use the program with the aid of the User Guide and the FREE tutorials which you can also download from this website.

• Merlin HelpDesk assistance as and when required.

• Regional Merlin WorkShops.  Please click here.

• If and when you are ready to upgrade, just continue to use the software.  When you have added more than 40 Resource Record Cards you will be prompted into Registration and Merlin Key Purchase.

• Rapid Merlin Key provision online by credit card, or through normal cheque payment.

• To upgrade to Multi User Pack(s) please contact Merlin for assistance.

Support & Maintenance

Choose between Merlin Bronze, Silver or Gold

Merlin Bronze

• Free program updates as they are released on this website.

• Merlin HelpDesk support available on this website.

FREE OF CHARGE to all users (including those still evaluating).

Merlin Silver

All of the above, PLUS:-

• Telephone support 365/24/7 (We may have to call you back at certain times).

• Data Recovery Service (if possible) using e-mail attachment transfer, in the event that the PC crash or electricity supply disturbance trash your data, and you don't want to revert to the last backup.

£495 ($650) p/a for Server or Power User, plus
£100 ($145)  p/a per installed WorkStation.

Merlin Gold

• Dial-in Data Recovery Service (using pcAnywhere®)

• Free Product Enhancement or development according to your requirements.
