Jobs WiP Schedule
Production Schedule has 3 tabs to give you a day-by-day view of Scheduled WiP, Actual WiP, and the Shop Floor Analysis. Command buttons allow you to jump forward or backwards by one day, one week, or four weeks, and a TODAY button returns you to today's date.
Scheduled WiP and Actual WiP appear in similar forms, the difference being that the former show you only scheduled items whereas the latter also includes all work still in hand that should have been finished by the date under review.
Please note the Colour Alert coding of date, which for safety's sake is always relative to today's date, regardless of the date you are reviewing on-screen. Items shown in BLUE are DUE TODAY, and items shown in RED are LATE.
The Shop Floor Analysis tab breaks each job into component processes and displays all processes which are uncompleted. The Colour Alert system described above also applies here to Job Numbers, Start Due and Finish Due dates.
